Rights of Exchange and Refund

Don’t receive the parcel from the rider if the product is opened.

If any user of the company demands an extra amount except for the product’s official/company price, then the company will take action against that member and ban his/her account.

If you want to exchange your product, the product should be in its original condition.

The company will replace the product in 10-15 working days after the collection of parcels and verification by the vendor.

The company will not be responsible for making any payments except through the company’s official accounts.

This is not a fixed salary job; it is commission-based work depending on your effort and performance.

Any parcel you receive, if you have any complaints about it, you should inform the concerned authority within 24 hours of receipt. Otherwise, no action will be taken.

If you receive damaged parcels, the company is not responsible for that. During delivery, if the product is damaged, the company is not responsible.

All you need to do is use your cancellation right before the cancellation period expires.

We typically make refunds to your checking or SmartKith accounts at your request, and you won’t be charged anything as a result of the adjustment.

Refund claims must be made within three days of the date of receipt. Any product that is intentionally damaged or misused is not covered by this warranty.

But in case your BPs are added, you will not be refunded.
