Membership;
Eligibility: Membership in SmartKith’s network is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
Enrollment: To become a SmartKith distributor, complete the registration process and accept these terms.
Independent Contractors: Distributors are independent contractors, not employees of SmartKith.
- You may be needed to supply your valid verified identity proof, address proof, E- mail and alternative contact data, at the time of registration.
- Creation of account is free off cost .You need to create account on Smartkith provide basic information like (Name, CNIC, EMAIL, Number etc.) than you will register on website. Congratulation you’re a new member of Smartkith
Every user who want to transfer or withdraw their e-wallet balance to any team member was assisted by the company. Your transferred funds are not the company’s responsibility.
Make sales and reach 100 points. Create a sales team, train, and make money.The minimum withdrawal amount is 1000 rupees. Your monthly performance and sales % determine your monthly bonus. This can be claimed within the first ten days of the month following the achievement of 100 business points.
If the gift is not claimed within 30 days, it will expire. Gifts are given out in accordance with business promotions. The condition may be changed at any time by the company.
Suspension of account:
If a member hasn’t placed an order in the six months since their last BPs were added, their membership will expire. Additionally, if a BP order is not placed during the two time periods of the month in which you registered with Smarkith, all new registrations are immediately canceled. Nonetheless, it is guaranteed that the prospectus will reapply for corporate registration in such a scenario. Account upgrades are made in accordance with business policy.
The account will be promptly terminated for violating business policy and rules and acting as an agent for another company.
Registration:
Your coaching handbook and Smartkith ID card are mailed to your email address or will be available on your Smartkith profile page.
Only SMK-approved brand partners are allowed to sell SMK products. Any other unapproved channel retailer, store, or online website does not carry it. The brand partners give you these items because they sell them by routinely monitoring your skin, which is something that SMK constantly teaches you. Thus, stay away from fraud. Use only products from SMK branches that are delivered straight to your house.
He/She will lose her current level and be promoted based on her own business volume if a senior sales manager or above is inactive with His/her team (that is, not coaching or contacting them).

Returns and Refunds:
- Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Note; In case of return shipping charges will b payed by user not from smartkith. Smartkith is not responsible for your returns so if you don’t want to pay these shipping charges or fine then order the product after confirming through your customer.
If the loss is due to your own careless handling, we may deduct the price of any included item from the amount you receive. You are fully responsible for any reduction in the product’s value that results from handling, excluding what is required to determine the product’s nature, attributes, and functionality.

Shipping Costs
